the clay body

The clay body is a ceramics studio based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The clay body’s ceramics are largely inspired by organic forms found in nature reflecting femininity and fluidity.

The ceramic pieces are made through different handbuilding techniques, mostly coiling. The color palette for these pieces is neutral and minimal to emphasize the natural colors and textures of the clay. 

Each product is unique, handbuilt and made with love and care by Laura Delwel in her studio in Rotterdam.
